Optical Clear layer lamination Process

1 Loading Unloading
Put the Cover glass and the touch panel on the stage.
2 Pasting
Pasting the Special optical resin on the Cover lens.
3 Laminating
Laminate the cover lens and the Touch panel.
4 Spot UV
Form the dam unit by UV light after dam rsin pasted.
5 Precure
Precure by UV light in order to fix the position of the touch panel and cover lens.

Film Touch Panel Production Process

1 Aging
Aging process for film, in order to prevent the expansion of the film and stablization of ITO electro-resistance
2 ITO Etching Paste Print
Print the Etching paste by screen print method, produce the ITO terminal on the film
3 Etching Paste UV Curing
Cure the Etching paste by UV cure conveyor
4 Etching Paste Etching process
Printing of P.I Layer, Using APR plate for printing ,Doctor roll method andDoctor plate method can be used Cell will print under the pattern of APR plate
